Symptoms Of Testicular Cancer

Signs and symptoms of testicular cancer include:

A lump or enlargement in either testicle

Feeling of heaviness in the scrotum

Abdominal pain or groin

A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum

Pain or discomfort in the testicle or scrotum

Enlarged or tender

Unexplained fatigue or a general feeling of not much

The cancer usually affects only one testicle.
