Prevention Of Bone Cancer

Anything that increases a person's ability to develop bone cancer is called a risk factor for bone cancer, anything, to reduce the chances of the person is called to develop a protective factor for bone cancer. Prevention of bone cancer in order to avoid the risk factors and increasing protective factors, which can be controlled. While prevention of bone cancer does not guarantee that someone will not develop cancer of the bones, reduces the risk that happening.

Being a child or young adult

The previous radiation or chemotherapy

History of Paget's disease

Family history of bone cancer

People with hereditary retinoblastoma.

Although some risk factors for bone cancer can be prevented, it is important to note that prevention of risk factors does not guarantee that you will not get a bone cancer. Some people are more sensitive than other factors that may cause bone cancer. Talk to your doctor about methods of preventing bone cancer that could be effective for you.
